When I buy a new plan I received Internal Error setting zone to new plan. Please contact Cloudflare Support. (Code: 1225)

Hi @niubbqwertey, you’ll need to contact support, login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support. Please post back the ticket number as I’d like to keep tabs on progress.

Same. Can’t buy plan when adding a new site :frowning_face:

@BCS, you can try again but suspect you’ll have the same issue and the solution will be to contact support. Pls share the ticket number when you do. Beyond that, they’ll ask about steps to reproduce, a screenshot, and har file. Sorry for the issue you’re facing.
