When i adding zone using api then dns record not showing in my dashboard why?

hi, from last two week i am facing error in dns record fetching, when add zone using api it,s this zone not showing any dns records why ??

thanks for reply but i am already using jumpstart true . this api working fine two week ago but now it not working
