i got a support email, they asked me for payment info while i dont use any paid service, and of course i dont have payment info, they dont reply me. issue not resolved

I use the free plan but the system shows the following error: “You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page”. I don’t use any paid services

May I ask if you’ve added your Billing/Payment information to your Cloudflare account?

Is your email of your Cloudflare account verified?

May I ask have you tried using some other Payment option?

Seems like domain nameservers aren’t being changed to your assigned Cloudflare’s account nameservers yet at Namecheap interface, still pointing to the default ones:

Name Server: dns2.registrar-servers.com
Name Server: dns1.registrar-servers.com

My email is verified, i have multiple domains on this account, and i have never used any paid services so i have no payment info. i added this domain like previous domains, nothing wrong until it says payment error
