when I add A record manually in Cloudflare domain management it disappears after a while. (root or www)

I am integrated with Ezoic and my host is Cloudways.

I just moved my domain registrar from Bluehost to Cloudflare about a week ago.

Then they are probably the ones removing it, a lot of users here have that problem. You either sort this with them or removed their access to your account by rotating your API keys and/or changing your password.

Thank you for sending the IP, on our end, it’s showing but I did notice that you didn’t have a CNAME “www” record and I added it.

As long as the IP matches with your host we are ok on our end. If you wish to include it in Cloudflare I advise reaching out to their support team.

Is this enough? the site works now. I was just thinking do I need to add root or www A record still to Cloudflare dashboard.
