Add new A Main record, but it appears that the old main record will not allow it to connect.

The nameservers were changed away from cloudflare, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool this happened 6 days ago, https://securitytrails.com/domain/healthfullyu.com/history/ns

To fix, add the site back to cloudflare and ask your registrar to change the nameservers to the two shown on https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns

At the same time, ask your registrar to remove the ICANN holds from your domain

The Nameservers had to be changed away from Cloudflare because The DNS records had been removed from my dashboard before updating to the new Cloudflare nameservers. Upon updating to your new nameservers, My website ceased to exist, and the email attached to the website ceased to work. Nothing was resolved upon updating the A Main to the new IP address, and the website continued to not exist and the Email continued to not work.

This IT department that manages my website could not resolve the errors and bring the website back on line. SO they had no choice but to transfer the site off of Cloudflare to bring the site back online.

How is my DNS records going to reappear after changing the nameservers back without you somehow restoring the the DNS records on my dashbaoard first?

When you add a site to cloudflare, we scan for DNS records and give you the option to import what we find. It’s not 100% as sometimes records are missed, I’ve never personally experienced that as normally we get the import right. I’d make a note of the records you expect to be found, add the site, and then review the records to inspect what you expect.
