When Cloudflare adds a domain, all DNS information of that domain is exposed.

When Cloudflare adds a domain, all DNS information of that domain is exposed. However, since the nameserver has not been changed, it is impossible to modify the information.

What do you mean?

When a domain is added, Cloudflare will scan the public DNS records for that domain using a list of common subdomains, and return the appropriate DNS records to you for ease of import. If the domain being added is behind Cloudflare this won’t expose the origin IP since the public DNS queries return the Cloudflare IP addresses instead. It is recommended to review the information in the import since it can sometimes be wrong.

All the information it retrieves is public information and can be obtained using one of many third party subdomain scanning tools.
