When buying a Pro subscription, you ignore emails to technical support and it is not possible to contact you.

I’ve been struggling with the site for 3 days now, every 2 hours it gives an error 520. Everything works on the server side, but with the proxy turned on, such an error every 2 hours. I opened a ticket in support, after 20 minutes the bot closed the ticket with an auto-response, which indicated that you need to buy a subscription and you can communicate with us (somehow) - there is no solution. Today I bought a Pro subscription, where it says: “Support resource: average response time to an email is less than 4 hours”, and the ticket I created was closed again with an auto-response about buying a PRO subscription and a Bot.
The question is, what the ■■■■?
I bought a subscription - technical support ignores my letter in support.
Wrote on facebook, mail, ticket - no answer.
I’ve been trying to call you for 2 days already - but when you select item “3” - technical assistance, the call is dropped, or the answering machine answers that “the line is overloaded, goodbye.”
