When are you planning to restore the chat support channel?

Have you tried other browsers/your phone/incognito? Not ideal but I have seen swapping browsers brings back the live chat.

Yeah that’s not good. Do you have the zone id/account id that’s affected? You can find those on the dashboard.
Again, Thank you for your reply. Yes, I do know the zone and account IDs. But, how do I contact Cloudflare support with no means available?
I’ll escalate the case directly to CF and from there, we have to wait until support provides you with a solution.
If you prefer to wait until somebody from CF asks for the acc/zone ids, that’s fine, but that might significantly impact the response/resolution speed

I have escalated your case, hopefully somebody can pick up your case on Monday. Support is quite overwhelmed these days so it might take slightly longer.
