When adding a new site with subdomains, the subdomains aren't included in the DNS settings

Hi,

I have a domain with a number of subdomains. I just want CF on the main domain. However when changing the name servers to the ones given to me by CF all the subdomain DNS records are lost and the subdomains are inaccessible. My current server uses cPanel. Is there a way I can get CF to get all the records of the main domain, including those relating to the subdomains?

Hi @kurt.abela,

Cloudflare checks for and imports a range of common records automatically. If you have some that are not picked up, you will need to add them manually or import a BIND file.
