What is the issue you’re encountering

The problem is the inability to add the domain to my account, as I realized the reason is that the previous owner left this domain in his account and limited the ability to add it to others.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried to write NS on the registrar as on other domains in my CF account.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Click add site, add site and click continue.

Thanks for the advice, but I am the owner of the domain, I bought it at auction and I can not contact the previous owner, help me to solve this problem, I have already written to support, but they do not respond in any way(#01062364).
