When activating DNSSEC, CF wants me to add DS record to the registrar, even though CF is my domain registrar

Hi there,

I have registred multiple domains with CF as registrar.
I can enable DNSSEC on all domain with simply with the “Enable DNSSEC” button:

except one domain. If try to enable DNSSEC on this one Domain CF wants me to add DS record to the registrar, even though CF is my domain registrar.

I get following message:

Why am I being prompted for this action even though Cloudflare is my domain registrar?

Why can I simply activate DNSSEC with one click for the other domains and not for this one domain?

If the domain persists in that state and does not update the DNSEC records, it would be worth opening a registrar support request.

To contact the Registrar team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Cloudflare Registrar. Please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.

Hi AdemA

Thank you for the request, Who is registrar ?, Are all the domains from the same one.

Ticket ID: 2823387

As I already described, Cloudflare is my domain registrar.

Yes, then the ticket must be logged with support them self.

They will be able to check, why dnssec is not latching.

In the dashboard you can log a ticket

Thanks for sharing your ticket number. I have submitted an escalation request for you.

When looking into the issue we found the domain’s registrar was not Cloudflare.

Hi,

thanks for the reply.
Please check the Ticket: 2798909

The problem is that my account was hacked.
The hacker had started a domain transfer to own it.
I was contacting the CF Support regarding that issue. I thought, the CF security team has been solved the issue and add back the domain to my account.
But unfortunatelly it seems that my domain doesn’t has ben claimed and restored to my account !?

What I should do now ?
