When access to website i got "Blocked because of admin action"

hi,

i got a problem when i try to access to any url or file type of my website i got this message:

“Blocked because of admin action
Your system administrator has blocked your computer or device. Please contact the system administrator.”

i contacted to the hosting provider but they say maybe cloudflare is blocking ips…

any idea?

That is a message from your host, so it cant have been Cloudflare.
