WAF is enabled and is blocking traffic from WhatsApp with a null cookie header (Cloudflare Specials 100025). The destination URL and country of origin looks normal. Could this be a false positive?
Do you have an example for such a request? Opening a support ticket might be the best idea however.
Thanks @sandro, I couldn’t find the place where support tickets are submitted, so I asked the community. Every time I click on support, it gives me a search box and no contact details. It’s quite frustrating.
