What is the issue you’re encountering

Since I changed the nameservers to the one on Cloudflare I can’t open the website.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve cleared my browsing data, turned off my firewall, restarted the browser, tried on my phone as well. I talked with namecheap and they said the dns is still propagating. But it’s been almost 4 days.

Type khairah.com. It won’t load.

Works fine from my end now.
I can see it’s on Shopify and it’s proxied :orange: using Cloudflare.
May I ask if you’re still experiencing such an error?

Yes. I still have the problem. I noticed that if I use a vpn I can access the website. The problem is that it doesn’t work without a vpn

I checked nslookup.io abd everything seems to have propagated fully. The problem is my cname records aren’t showing up and I don’t know why. The records are set already on cloudflare and they are not proxied. Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it?

Wonder if you have any CNAME record under the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your zone? :thinking:

Might be you’re having only A type of the DNS record pointed to the IP address.

Furthermore, may I ask if you’ve enabled CNAME flattening or not in such case?

May I ask if you’ve got some error somewhere shown or what’s the concern here about? :thinking:

Your Website is working fine over HTTPS when I test it.

I have a cname record on the cloudflare dashboard linking to shopify.
I’m not sure about the cname flattening, I just know it’s not proxied by cloudflare.

The problem is that I have a cname record and it doesn’t show up on any dns checker. So I’m thinking that it’s the reason why I can’t access my website without a vpn

I ended up finding a solution. Thanks for all your help. For any one else that has this problem that sees this thread. I solved it by changing the ip address of the a record from shopify to this one “23.227.38.72” and it worked. Try it out and see.

Yes it’s DNS only. I think that’s always the case with shopify.
