What Should My Records Look Like in Cloudflare

What should my records look like in Cloudflare? I am trying to get all traffic to go through Cloudflare so it can go through their web application firewall. Currently in Cloudflare it looks like this:
A domain.com My webhost IP address
A www My webhost IP address

The name servers points to Cloudflares name servers. Is this correct?

I am pretty sure if you want all traffic to go through Cloudflare you have to block or redirect traffic at your firewall and only allow the traffic from the list of Cloudflare ips.

The hosts should all be flagged as proxied with the :orange: icon instead of the :grey: one.
