I want to use cloudflare. But I only want to use it as CDN. I will serve images and videos only. I will enable cache. So images and videos will be served from cloudflare. I know vidoes and sole image cdn is prohibited in free plan. What plan Do I have to purchase in order to use without any problem?

The limitations on serving a disproportionate amount of non-HTML content apply to all self-serve plans, so you would need to contact Enterprise Sales to get a quote for your requirements.
