It would appear as if Cloudflare did not accept payments from Russia at this point - Payment for services for clients from Russia

I’d simply pick another registrar - Cheapest .org domain registration, renew and transfer

Not sure one should have to move because the world has gone totally nuts. Also, Argentina is full of Germans :wink:
