What is the Cloudflare equivalent of Google Cloud DNS capabilities?

Hi,

I am looking for the capabilities and the pricing information similar to what is available with Google Cloud DNS (found at Pricing  |  Cloud DNS  |  Google Cloud and API Reference  |  Cloud DNS  |  Google Cloud).

Can you point me to a links that provide equivalent information. It’s not clear to me how to get started if I were to move from Google Cloud DNS to CloudFlare DNS. Are they similar concept and pricing wise?
