Pingdom Tools is a great tool for measuring Connect, DNS, Receive, Send, SSL, and Wait times. It’s important to note that if you intend on testing different DNS services, you’ll need to let them propagate properly or your tests will not be accurate. I’ve noticed several other similar posts. It may be helpful to know your domain as it seems your issues are the origin/hosting company.

@imeo-official the load times from UK, Germany & North America are fairly consistent. I noticed the server has Litespeed and wondering if you have any cache plugins.
