I just went live with my website and from the get go some people are having issues accessing the sight while others have no trouble. I tried to open my website from my phone and it will not allow me unless I am connected to WiFi, but my wife can open the website from her phone without any issues.
Any help is appreciated
More details are needed to help you. Having issues “accessing the site” could be a million things.
What error are you getting? On what URL?
I type on my phone without wifi I get the message " Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found", but soon as I connect to wifi it will direct me straight to my website. Other people are having the same issue as well yet my wife can not be connected to wifi on her phone and it will direct her straight to the page and we both have Verizon.
