What is ASN 1136 (and how do I get out of it?)?

I have tried to visit a Cloudflare customer’s website but got an error 1005 with the message:

“The owner of this website has banned the autonomous system number (ASN) your IP address is in (1136) from accessing this website.”

Is there anything I can do to solve this problem? I’m apparently in a ASN 1136, but have no idea what that means (I’m not technical…)

Hope someone has a solution. Thanks!

An ASN is basically your ISP. You’d have to contact the website owner and ask them why your ASN is blocked and if they can unblock it.

maybe I can use another VPN?
