When i check with ssl checkers i see that our free Cloudflare ssl expires in July.
Is it automatically renews itself? I use Full strict with Cloudflare free ssl installed into cpanel.
You mean Cloudflare Origin CA Certificate installed into cPanel? 
Cloudflare Universal SSL will renew automatically.
