What is the issue you’re encountering

My email routing was disabled i dont know why and i did not disable it. Anyway some important document sended to router email and my receiver email did not get it because it disabled. I need to know what happens that email sent to router email address.

It may be not disabled, deleted entirely. DNS records was active but i deleted them today to create a new email routing address. When i creating email routing it did not have my previous one so i needed to create a new one. It showed get started to email routing page.
