What counts towards image resizing requests?

Is there a list somewhere where I can read what counts towards Image Resizing requests in billing?

I’ve turned off “Image Resizing” in Speed->Optimization and still see the numbers go up.

Does Polish count?
Does Mirage count?
Something else?

They are independent products. Polish and Mirage are free included in the Pro plan.
