I removed all my DNS Records while troubleshooting an issue. Are there any default DNS Records to re-add?

There are no default DNS records. The records you removed were created by a one-time scan of some common names published in your previous DNS. You can review your Cloudflare dashboard audit logs or your previous DNS host, if you still have access, and see if you want to keep any of those records.
