I am trying to implement more bot protection for my website. Under Security > Bots > Configure Super Bot Fight Mode > JavaScript Detections, I clicked on “Learn more about JavaScript Detections.” but I don’t understand the copy. I tried looking up a YouTube video but didn’t find any resources. Is there somewhere else where I can find a simpler explanation of what JavaScript Detections are and whether or not I should enable them? Thank you.
Javascript detections are small scripts that will run in the background of your website, those scripts have signals that add on to sbfm/bot management and detect some bots that would otherwise bypass the detections.
Thank you jnperamo! We have recently turned on Super Bot Fight Mode and it is successfully stopping the bots for now. We do not have the JavaScript Detections turned on yet. In the future, if need be, we can turn it on to improve Super Bot Fight Mode?
