Weird redirect on a new domain

What is the issue you’re encountering

I bought a new domain from namecheap a few months and a few days deployed a new site on railway and changed the dns on namecheap to the cloudflare values. When i go to the site, it either redirects to a weird italian site i dont own or it says too many redirects

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

i have no idea how to resolve it. i have another website with the same setup (namecheap domain, cloudflare dns, railway hosting) and it works totally fine
