Weglot Visual Editor 403, WAF added but not hitting, Disable Cloudflare solved it

Can’t tell for security reasons

Basically it says Cloudflare blocked its access

WEglot Support told me this “To try to resolve this issue, could you kindly reach out to your hosting provider and request them to allowlist the following domains: api.weglot.com, weglot.com , weglot.io,… ? Additionally, please ensure that our user-agent, WeglotBot/1.0 (compatible; Mozilla/5.0; + https://weglot.com/), related to the Visual Editor, is also allowed.” but

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I already set the rules in WAF Cloudflare if hit then skip everything but the request doesn’t hit but when I turn off cloudflare it works. The rule is very simple, if host contains “eglot”, which it should
