Websites can't be Reached out of our network

Hallo Cloudflare Community,

We are a Software Company in Germany, unfortunately Since weeks we have an issue that many Sits are being blocked by Cloudflare.
we Don’t have an Account by Cloudflare and we never used it. Open AI, DeepL and Other Sites are not reachable.
when useing Tracert the flowing Rout netnod-ix-cph-blue-9000.cloudflare.com [212.237.192.246]

Seams to Block the connection. we really need help on this.

If you are blocked by a site that uses Cloudflare’s firewall, you need to contact the site that blocked you, not Cloudflare.

The block-page included a RayID. With this, the website operator will be able to find out why you were blocked.
