When I visit my website using the NetVirtua provider, it is online.
When I visit the same website using Vivo Fibra provider, it is offline. There is a handshake SSL error
My website provider tested it and it is the same: error just when visiting using this Viva Fibra internet provider.
Any ideas what is happening?
Just to be clear, it seems this ISP (Vivo Fibra) in particular isn’t peering with Cloudflare. I think this happened last year for a few hours.
The domain is not proxied, so all requests will go directly to your server. Either your server is not properly configured or that ISP is not routing properly. Cloudflare cannot do anything in this case, I am afraid.
