Website went down after each 15-20mins

Hi,

My Magento website went down after each 15-20 mins in the morning (IST).

Seeing this error message -
Result Message: Connection to HTTPS service failed
Server Message: Unrecognized HTTP error

Please suggest, this is urgent.
