Website went down after changing the DNS and using custom nameservers

I followed all the steps and finally changed the nameservers and after a while my website went down.
and it is showing this error.

This site can’t provide a secure connection

tripffee.com uses an unsupported protocol.

The issue got resolved as soon as the certificate changed from Universal SSL Status Authorizing Certificate to Universal SSL Status Active Certificate and the website is working fine now. It took around 3 to 3.5 hours to get resolved.
