Slow performance when using cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I am not sure what is the problem.

I have a simple Wordpress website hosted in Oracle Cloud (Frankfurt region).

When I access it through Cloudflare, even static resource load very slow.

They achieve hit status but stuck at “waiting for server response” in chrome inspect for 15-60 seconds

I disable the cloudflare proxy. It’s much faster now. I don’t know what’s causing the issue
