I see a 521 error.
A 521 error happens when Cloudflare is unable to make a TCP connection to your origin server. Review the suggestions in this Community Tip for Quick Fix Ideas.
Thanks. The problem is I can’t access my panel too.
It may be worth contacting your web host about this, they should be able to help and check the possible causes from the tip I linked to.

I disabled the railgun and it seems to be working now but I still don’t have the green padlock
The site is working OK for me now too. I do see the 
OK.
