Website Unavailable Due to DNS Record

I have been advised by my hosting company UK2 Net that Cloudflare deal with our domain, Can you advise how I get the DNS updated so that our website can be back up and running?

You need to log in to your Cloudflare account. From what you are saying it seems you didn’t set Cloudflare up yourself. Someone will have done this for you so you’ll need to find out who so they can log in and make the changes required. It may be another member of your staff or a website developer.

You can go to dash.cloudflare.com and select “Forgot your email” which will send access information to the account holder for your domain.
