My website has been suspended can someone advise.
The person/small business who organised and ran my website is in hospital terminally ill and my website has been suspended.
I do not have the log in details to see why, I only have access to the email address that website enquiries are sent to.
Can anyone advise how I can resolve this?

The suspension you see does not come from Cloudflare, but from the server that the domain has been configured to point to.
The /cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi you are being redirected to, points in the direction of some cPanel/WHM hosting. Cloudflare does NOT provide this stuff.
Cloudflare only acts as a reverse proxy (e.g. “front end” / “middle man”).

Without Cloudflare: Visitor ↔ Web server

With Cloudflare: Visitor ↔ Cloudflare ↔ Web server
You need to contact the actual hosting provider (e.g. the organisation providing the “backend” / web server).
Those would generally be the ones you are paying the hosting fees to, so, I would suggest to check your statements, and follow the money.
It seems like the domain registrar for that domain is Fasthosts.
Fasthosts does seem to provide cPanel/WHM hosting, and might be a potential place to look, but it comes without any guarantees.
→ Regaining access to the actual hosting account (whether it is actually with Fasthosts, or somewhere else) won’t bring you the Cloudflare account back that current holds the domain

Although the situation you explain is very unfortunate, I kindly suggest you to avoid flooding the forum (or anywhere else) with multiple threads for the exact same thing.
No matter if were talking about multiple forum threads, or multiple support tickets, they will serve absolutely nothing good, but only just be delaying the possible resolution of your case even further.

I have spoken to Fasthosts who have only registered the domain name and say that Cloudflare host the website.
Is it possible to talk to someone from Cloudflare?
Cloudflare do not host websites as you were told multiple times, check to see Cloudflare pricing on products, website hosting? No. Its a proxy service for people to hide and protect their host service that is not with Cloudflare.

Cloudflare do not host. You cant buy something that does not exist.
