Website stuck on Under Attack Mode Interstitial Page

Hello!
I have an ecommerce website with a good number of visitors. However, the CPU Usage always stayed at full usage (We tried using Quad Cores, and even 8 cores and 16, but always full). Then we checked the visitors report and ensured it was a DDoS Attack.

We enabled the ‘Under Attack Mode’ of Cloudflare just then. And noticed that the Just wait for 5 seconds stays there forever in an infinite loop of reloading and reloading.

Saw this was being solved the previous year in the community forums, so not quite sure why it is still creating such a nuisance for us.

Anyone?
