What is the issue you’re encountering

Whenever I link my site to cloudflare it is not accessible. I added it automatically so it is pulling the information from namecheap. So I’m not inputting it manually. After it is done the website is not accessible. When I change the DNS records back to namecheap and delete the website from cloudflare the website is live and accessible. Can you please advise on how to correct this? I appreciate your help.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have removed the website from Cloudflare and re added it using the recommended way.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

I don’t know

You have “too many redirects”. Check your SSL/TLS setting is set to “Full (strict)” or “Strict” in your dashboard here…

This is expected if you run your mail server on the same server that is serving proxied content. It is informational… if you don’t wish to expose that IP in any way you’d need to host your mail on another server.
