What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’m not tech savvy so I reviewed to make sure the nameservers are spelled correctly and they are as recommended. Not sure what to do next. Could it be because the email on my website is different from my email in my profile at Cloudflare?

Maje sure that you copy all DNS records from your previous nameservers.

The domain is under Namecheap. I added the Cloudflare nameservers on Namecheap.

You need to copy all your DNS records from Namecheap to Cloudflare to make your website work again. Do you have any DNS records in your Cloudflare dashboard yet?
