What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Since a few days my website is unreachable I get an error station “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECT” sometimes…
Sometimes it works, sometime it does not.
I tried changing the SSL/TLS configuration mode, it worked but this morning it broke again.
This morning it didn’t work, so I went on my squarespace dashboard i have a message saying there is an error in my dns record (see attached)
Now it seems to work again… but the error is still here

I think I might have solved the issue by unticking “use www” on Squarespace… any thoughts ?

Website is now avalaible but I still have the DNS record error in the dashboard. Should I ignore it ?

The error is too many redirects.

The errors “The page isn’t redirecting properly” or “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” indicates a redirect loop between Cloudflare and your origin server.
