Website Slower with Railgun Activated

Hi. I host a WordPress/WooCommerce website with Siteground.com utilizing Cloudflare’s free plan. The site is still in development. I notice with Railgun activated the site’s load time doubles or triples. Without Railgun it loads pretty fast.

I’m baffled that railgun would slow down the site. Any ideas?
