524 as well as many other issues

What is the error message?

Time out occurred, postage not loading, high traffic, can not connect at this time, so slow to do anything

What is the issue you’re encountering

all of the above daily

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Do I need to make a new website? Contacted our website manager but keeps saying no issues and the internet speed is good. Happening for awhile now, hoping it will get fixed but no resolve so far.
