Website should be available worldwide

We’re trying to create some ad campaigns on linkedin, and they’re rejecting them because our site ‘should be available worldwide’. But I’m checking and it is.
What I’m seeing is that the IP shown on some tests, are the ones from cloudflare. What could happen if on the DNS records in ‘proxy status’ I click as ‘DNS only’ ? What’s that function?

On ‘DNS only’ traffic will directly routed to your origin. You will lose any Cloudflare feature for that record such as certificate, security, performance optimizations…

I don’t understand their ‘complaint’ at the moment, tbh.

What’s the domain?
