I’m having an issue where I try to access any site that uses Cloudflare to check if the site connection is secure, and it loads for a moment before showing a an emoticon of a frowning face with x’d out eyes and I’m stuck at that screen, I’ve searched for what exactly the issue is, but the closest thing I could find was the endless loading glitch, I’ve tried taking measures to fix this, turning of extensions, fixing the date and time, turning on and off my pc, running my antivirus for a whole system scan, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

I forgot to mention but I also tried deleting all my browser data/plugins/cookies, all of it, still didnt work
