A 522 error typically happens when Cloudflare requests to the origin (your webserver) get blocked. Review the suggestions in this Community Tip for troubleshooting ideas.

yeah, i did that, i checked everything, added CF ips to google VNC, still blocked, that was last night. Is it possible my machine IP is wrong in dns? i did have a machine on OVH, but i changed to Google Cloud, not sure if i changed the DNS records or not… the old machine IP was 51.xxx.xxx.xxx and the new one is 31.xxx.xxx.xxx and the dns A record shows the old ip?

and it doesnt help that everytime i load the CF page, the dashboard is offline… been this way for 5 months

I suggest you use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com. The link is in the lower right corner of that page. Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS. Only then should you un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s Full (Strict).

whenever i load the dash, i get this, everytime.

been this way for 5 months!

finally got it loaded, sites paused, but yes, could it be the dns? old machine IP starts with 51 new machine IP starts with 31?

What’s the domain?

https://eternalstudios.xyz / https://eternatesting.xyz

they also return this, https://i.imgur.com/isMIdje.png

Both resolve to a .51 address, according to DNSChecker.org

If you’ve changed servers, update your DNS records in the dashboard you can’t seem to get to load.

dash.cloudflare.com

Try a different browser, different device, cellular connection, etc. The dashboard is definitely loading for many, many people.

ok, yes it is working now, had to use diff browser, and ok, ill try to re-do the dns records!
