I need my website restored. Does anyone have any clear directions on how to restore a webs? Or can someone at Cloudflare restore the website for me?

Restored from what? Cloudflare does not offer any services in that area.
Cloudflare doesn’t host you website. If you need DNS records restored, check the audit log on your Cloudflare dashboard.
If there’s something wrong with the content you need to restore it either on your own (local backup in your PC, or you can so it through your hosting control panel If your provider offers a backup and restore service.
