Website reachable but not for all

Hi guys, my website is setup perfectly.
and when I run GTmetrix.com I get this error

I have no clue how to resolve this and I know for certain that my records are perfect. I asked multiple to check around the globe and they all can visit the website with no issue

I believe you have a DNSSEC problem. Turn it off at your Registrar.

but it seems that the problem it self is resolved.
