I have reported a website(phishing) which is protected by cloudflare but still after 2 days the website is online and using cloudflare. So it seems nobody has seen the report.
Any idea how the security team works and when they can take care? It is important to act quickly otherwise the abuse report will be useless as a lot of people can be victim.
When you submit an abuse report at Abuse approach - Cloudflare you will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation code in the Subject. While the Trust and Safety team reviewed the details of your report, that may be the only reply you receive.
You can also report the site to your relevant local authorities. Complaints cannot be escalated via this forum.
Yes, i did recieved the confirmation email but as stated it is still online and protected.
Neither the Community nor Support are able to escalate, expedite or review abuse reports. You may be able to respond to [email protected] if you need additional help.
