What is the issue you’re encountering

The name servers were changed and pointed to Cloudflare 4 weeks ago, but Cloudflare is still saying Pending Name Server Change. Ran a DNS report and it shows the Parent Name Servers are dnsrad1.usinternet.com and local name servers are dahlia.ns.cloudflare.com and merlin.ns.cloudflare.com.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

You did not change the nameservers, but only added two NS entries to your current DNS provider. You need to change the nameservers at your registrar.

Thank you so much. I don’t have access to the domain and it was their 3rd party IT company. I passed along your comment and that should be the issue. Thank You…
