Do you have access from COSMOTE ISP??

Yes, do you think it’s a Cosmote issue?

Hello. All the sites i have in cloudflare are curently down and it is very importnat. When I press pause clouflare on this site the go online again otherwise i have the error 522. Take a look at the site https://bluehorizonparga.gr/ for example.

or https://agrongenesis.gr/

Hi @webplantech,

Do you have the same ISP as the users in this thread with similar issues?

yes! I indeed have cosmote isp. Is there an issues with this?

I’m not sure yet, but I’ve merged these two threads to keep everything together.

This issue also happens to me everytime the server tries to update ssl. For some reason it isn’t able but i pause the site i update it and it works. Now this solution didn’t work plus it happened to sites that didn’t have an update to do today.

Yes i am sure that this us COSMOTE problem try to disable cloudflare and the problem will fixed

I’d assume they are indirectly involved, but rather doubt that they are the issue.

Also related, just for reference:

There is no disruption of service from what we see, but it may be your ISP indeed. Have you reached out to them?

Can confirm it’s Cosmote ISP that causes this issue, everything works fine when accessing the sites through a VPN.

Weird thing is that i have a server that works fine with Cosmote and Cloudflare.

Could you provide the output from cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace from your non-working connection and your working on? Be clear about which output is from which. Just to be sure about which location on our network you are hitting. We are looking right now at an issue in our Athens location.

I don’t need traces at this point if the 522s you are seeing are hitting the ATH location (Athens) - we are investigating this - follow our status page for updates:
